• All drivers must have and maintain:

o   an unrestricted driver’s license.

o   a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

o   a clear drug history; and

o   valid CPR and first aid certification.

• All drivers must complete a defensive driving course.

• All drivers must complete Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification to transport students.

• All drivers must, prior to employment, have a criminal background check going back at least seven (7) years.
